Trobem la casa dels teus somnis

"Melissa brings an artist’s eye for detail to her work, and I’ve seen that firsthand working alongside her; it shows in how she presents and evaluates properties. She’s highly skilled in land and equestrian sales, as well as residential real estate, and she approaches all of it with an understanding of how real estate can build real wealth and legacy over time. She’s also sharp on the analytics side of a deal, and she walks her clients through every step of the process so nothing feels like a guessing game. Her network extends well beyond her local area, giving clients access to opportunities and expertise that go far beyond a typical regional agent. What comes through most, though, is how deeply she cares about the people she works with, and that combination of sharp expertise and real care is hard to find."

"My husband and I have bought and sold several properties throughout the years. We have interacted with many realtors. Melissa has set a new standard for us. It wasn’t about making a quick sale for Melissa but making the absolute right purchase for us. Melissa voiced her concerns about potential pitfalls as we investigated properties to purchase as our new home. Melissa’s attention to detail and experience in the business made for an absolutely seamless transaction eliminating stress for us! Melissa’s friendly and honest personality shines through every interaction and that put us at ease throughout the process. She really made us feel that we were a priority to her. Thank you, Melissa! We love our new home!"

"We absolutely loved working with Melissa Cowper-Smith! We are first time home buyers and we didn’t know very much, Melissa was always so helpful and eager to answer all of our questions. If there was a house we wanted to see she got us a showing as soon as possible, when we did find our house she negotiated for what we wanted and what we could need that we didn’t even think about. As a first time home buyer I 100% recommend Melissa, our home buying process was stress-free and actually fun!"

"I have worked with several realtors over the years regarding properties specifically designed around horses. Horse property can be difficult to locate and even harder to sell. I was never very happy with the results until now. I remember looking at horse properties online early in our process to get a feel for the market. I kept seeing this one realtor online. She, and the properties she represented, were constantly in my feed. She was everywhere! Unfortunately, my wife insisted we work with the realtor she knew from her contacts in the equine community. I agreed to meet with her contact. To my surprise it was the same realtor, Melissa! Melissa is the best and her knowledge and experience regarding horse properties is from personal experience as a horsewoman and a realtor. She came in knowing what we had and the value to a potential buyer. She understood the market and how to approach the sale of the property, and she was tenacious in her efforts. As if her drive wasn’t enough, every interaction with Melissa I felt like we were her most important clients. Constant and clear communication. She explained everything she was doing, and she had solid recommendations to improve the marketability of the property. If you are looking to buy or sell horse property, and you want the Blue Ribbon, the only person to work with is Melissa Cowper-Smith. Darrell & Lisa Badger"

"Melissa Cowper-Smith is one of those rare people you may only meet once in a lifetime. She is wicked smart about real estate, but she possesses a certain compassion and understanding about human nature. She is also a true advocate for her clients. Real estate isn’t just a business for her, and she is not all about making her commission, she truly wants to serve her clients to the best of her ability. During our search we had to switch gears a couple of times. One deal fell through, but she hung with us. We kept searching and found what I believe will be a great home! In the process we met a friend. You won’t be disappointed to use her for your needs, she will be who we use in the future!!"

"Melissa is an amazing agent! She is kind, detailed, and professional! Her marketing is spot on! She targets the buyers and is superb at closing the deal! We highly recommend!"

"Melissa is absolutely amazing! She helped us buy our dream property and also sell my mom’s house after her passing. She was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, even with some very complex challenges. We couldn’t be more grateful for her guidance and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about their clients."

"We hired Melissa as our selling agent for a last-minute out-of-state move, and we were nowhere near ready to put our house on the market. Our home, post-pandemic, was in no shape for showings. Melissa came in, assessed the situation, and provided a detailed list of changes and fixes to make our home more appealing to buyers. Somehow, we managed to complete them all, and three weeks later, our house was ready to list.

Throughout the process, Melissa answered countless questions and went above and beyond—literally. The night before our listing photos, she even helped me carry a couch (that our dog had destroyed!) to the car to take to the dump! At that point I started calling her by her true name “Melissa above-and-beyond-Cowper-Smith”

Melissa truly knows her stuff. We were nervous about selling quickly, especially since we were rural and didn’t want to be stuck with two mortgages. But we trusted her expertise, followed her guidance, and had multiple offers above asking within 24 hours of listing. We closed in under 30 days. She helped us price our home perfectly to generate immediate interest and attract serious, high-quality offers.

Selling a home is stressful and full of unexpected drama, but Melissa provided invaluable resources and even emotional support along the way. If you’re selling in Arkansas—especially a rural property—I can’t recommend a better Realtor than Melissa."

"Melissa is a realtor that understands horse people! She realizes that the bones of a good property must be there and that most of us look at the barn and land before the house. Her attention to detail and comments were thoughtful and straightforward but always presented in a professional manner. I highly recommend Melissa for purchasing or selling your property. "

"Melissa Cowper-Smith: The Horse Whisperer of Real Estate in Central Arkansas!

If you’ve got hooves in your future and you’re traipsing through the pastures of Central Arkansas, or you’re just looking for a forever home for your family, Melissa Cowper-Smith is the realtor you didn’t know you needed. This woman isn’t just selling properties; she’s curating personal paradises. She’s even making sure you have a new kitten for the barn that you may not even have yet!

From the get-go, Melissa understood that our four-legged family members were just as important as our two-legged ones. She listened to our needs like she was on the same wave length with Jackson, our Aussie.

Her knowledge of horse properties in Central Arkansas isn’t just comprehensive; it’s downright mystical. She knew the best spots for grazing, the barns with the most character, and even pointed out which fields had the best sunsets for my evening rides.

Melissa’s service is as smooth as a well-oiled saddle. She handled all the paperwork with the finesse of a dressage rider, making what could have been a chaotic process as tranquil as a morning trot through dew-covered fields.

And let’s talk about the properties she showed me – each one was more perfect than the last. It was like she had a direct line to my horse’s Pinterest board.

The clincher? She negotiated a deal that felt like winning the Triple Crown. I’m now the proud owner of a home that feels like it was tailor-made for us.

In the world of real estate in Central Arkansas, Melissa Cowper-Smith isn’t just leading the pack; she’s miles ahead. Whether you’re looking for a home that’s horse-approved or not, Melissa is your go-to gal."

"I called Melissa about one of her listings and because of her communication and customer service skills we worked with her to find our home. When we finished our house hunting adventure- we gained a forever friend. Melissa was always on our side and helped us find the perfect home for our stage of life. She cares about your experience and makes sure you have all the information - good and bad. Melissa was so helpful on several parts of the process that we knew nothing about and helped us every step of the way."

"Melissa was a great realtor for us! We had never been to the Little Rock area before and she was able to show us housing options in multiple different neighborhoods around the city. I think the best part for me is that Melissa also is a horse person so she was able to suggest horse properties for us to look at and also point out potential boarding options for my horse."

"Melissa is exactly the person you want on your side in the house-hunting journey: she is collaborative, professional, and persistent. Melissa’s meticulous attention to detail and extensive knowledge of the area will ensure a seamless home-buying experience. Her genuine warmth and ability to connect with people from all walks of life will make every interaction with her a positive experience, in which you feel truly heard and valued. What sets Melissa apart, however, are her exceptional creative problem-solving abilities: her many years working as a professional artist and her keen aesthetic eye allow her to envision the potential in each property. I have known Melissa for over ten years and have been impressed by her personal integrity, clear communication style, and her sincere interest in the various ways people create a personal connection to their homes."
